Gajner Sands Palace, Bikaner, Winter 2025
Ananya's family wanted a wedding that felt like Bikaner itself — red sandstone, desert light, brass — without it reading like a hotel default. Vikram's family, flying in from three continents, needed logistics that just worked.
We built the palette around the venue’s existing sandstone and let marigold and deep maroon carry each function forward, rather than resetting the look from scratch every day. The mandap reused the same carved-wood frame from the haldi stage, re-dressed, so the week read as one story instead of four unrelated events.

A forty-person family lunch in a private courtyard, kept deliberately small.
Marigold-strewn courtyard install, low seating, and a turmeric station for both families.

Daytime mehendi with a live henna-artist lineup for 200 guests under shaded canopies.
An evening stage build with a full sound rig for eight family performances.

Sunrise pheras under the reused carved mandap, re-dressed in white and gold.
A 450-cover seated reception with three live counters and a headline performance.
