Wedding planning from Bikaner
Nine years, 240 weddings, and a team that has already solved whatever is about to go wrong.
Weddings are what we're known for, but the same in-house team runs corporate events, birthdays, get-togethers, festival events and conferences.

Run by our own team rather than handed off wholesale to whichever local vendor is free that week — for weddings, and for every other event that deserves the same discipline.

We design a distinct look for each function rather than reusing one set of flowers across the week. That means the haldi courtyard, the sangeet stage and the pheras mandap are each conceived, fabricated and struck on their own schedule — by our own production team, not a rotating cast of local contractors we've never worked with before.

For a 450-guest wedding, a third of the room is often flying in from out of town. We block hotel rooms across two or three properties, run airport and station pickups on a shared tracker, and staff a welcome desk so a grandmother arriving at 11pm isn't left figuring out which car is hers. This is the service that prevents the one bad story every big wedding risks having.

Shortlists built around your guest count and budget, not a generic top-ten list.

Menu planning, tasting sessions and live-counter logistics for every function.

Sangeet choreography, DJs, live acts and sound production that actually fits the room.

Photo and film teams briefed on your family, not working from a generic shot list.
Ask about thisSix functions, one continuous plan. Here's what we run at each stage.
A small, intimate gathering where both families formally meet. We handle venue styling scaled to close family only, and hosting for relatives arriving from out of town.
The turmeric ceremony. Marigold courtyard installs, low seating for both families, and a turmeric station built for photographs, not just function.
Henna, daytime, usually the loosest function of the week. We bring in live henna-artist teams sized to your guest count and keep catering light and continuous.
The performance night. Full sound and lighting production, stage design, and run-of-show timing so eight family acts don’t turn into a three-hour delay.
The wedding ceremony itself. Mandap design, priest coordination, baraat logistics, and a photography plan built around the specific rituals your families follow.
The closing celebration, usually the largest guest count of the week. Grand-scale decor, full catering service, entertainment, and guest hospitality running at once.
Most families are planning a wedding for the first time. Here's what the seven months (or seven weeks, for a shorter runway) between enquiry and handover actually look like.
You tell us the date, city, guest count and budget band. We reply within a day, not a week.
We walk the shortlisted venues with you in person, or run a video walkthrough for families planning from out of state or abroad.
A detailed plan and budget breakdown, function by function — what’s included, what isn’t, and why.
Mood boards and decor concepts for each function, refined with you until every stage is signed off.
Contracts, catering, decor and entertainment vendors confirmed and paid against a shared schedule.
Our team runs every function on the ground, start to finish, so your family attends the wedding instead of managing it.
Final walkthroughs, vendor payments reconciled, and the week’s keepsakes and paperwork handed back to you.

“I had one job during the whole week — to be a mother, not a project manager. Every morning someone on their team told us exactly where to be and what was already handled. Relatives are still asking who ran it.”
Ananya's mother, Meera — Gajner Sands Palace, Bikaner
“We told them our budget honestly and they told us honestly what it could buy — three days done well instead of five days done thin. That conversation alone was worth hiring them.”
Arjun's father, Sanjay — Lake Pichola Haveli, Udaipur
“Priya specifically didn't want the wedding to look like every other Goa wedding on Instagram, and it genuinely doesn't. The cane mandap was their idea, not ours, and they built it exactly as pictured.”
Priya's sister, Kavya — Anjuna Shore Resort, Goa
“Half our guest list flew in from abroad. Nobody got lost, nobody missed a pickup, and my sister-in-law — who complains about everything — had nothing to complain about. That is the real compliment.”
